Good Concept.. horrible execution unfotunatly to the point that you can't really call this a game per say. if you want to improve this I would at least have a make the piece snap to the square they're supposed to be on. for starters anyway

technomantics responds:

It is a virtual board game, just as if you had physical pieces on a table to play with friends. Did you read the description or in-game help? They do snap to a grid within 4x4 pixels. The app is not precognizant on knowing where any one piece is going to be moved. Thank you for your feedback. :)

I can't seem to shake the feeling that this game is basically a clone of "Cut The Rop" only with different visuals....

KotubukiMedia responds:

"Cut the Rop"? Is it a prequel to "Cute The Rope" game?

not finished

If you're going to submit a 'very old game', I think you should at least use any new skills you've acquired since then to at least try to improve on it.

very generic game play, graphics weren't so great. and the game was far from complete.

jasonorme666 responds:

The game IS actually complete, its around 13 years old and was impressive back then.

ok physics....

But that's about it, the art was too slap dash with no thought gone in to the visual style of the game... sorry dude, but I have to be honest

xedon responds:

ok, thankyou for being honest. i DID put some though into visual but i aint that good at the graphics.

oh deer, Nice try tho

bad collision detection, poor response on the controls, and quite boring to be honest, sorry but I just don't find anything original about this game.
but good job for trying

Thanks for being honest, But It Just my second game, Im working On another game

Dude, I like it!

this game is top gun! how did you create the A.I for it?

stoners-lunchbox responds:

Thanks, mate!

The A.I. can be a bitch to create (specially when it has to behave differently every time). In a nutshell you just need to set parameters for the A.I. to respect. Example: if player 1 is going off the edge of the level, player 2 doesn't follow it (in poor words it stops movement entirely). if player 1 is at a higher "x" value than player 2 and there's enough space between the two for a jump, player 2 jumps up. as for attacks... just plain randomisation. You can't make the computer TOO smart.

It's my first time making a game so i had to really think about how i was gonna make this. I'm glad it turned out so well :D

Thanks for playing!
